Established by Vittorio Mazza in 2009, in 2012, Logos Finance entered the Airport Ground Handling industry and later the Airport Ground Support Equipment (GSE) market by purchasing first 3 airport buses.
In 2019 Paolo Russo and STAV Spa, a €50m+ revenue automotive/transportation company, joined as investors by providing equity to develop the business.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Vittorio Mazza, Founder and Managing Director.

He started as a corporate finance consultant in E&Y and Deloitte. He served as CFO of AirOne, BAA Italy (Naples airport), Alitalia, Euroports and as MD of GH Italia and other Italian companies. Vittorio is currently Senior Advisor of an international infrastructure fund.

Paolo Russo, Executive Director

He started his career at Banca Commerciale Italiana in London in the early ’90s. Paolo then moved on to work as senior manager in the investment banking departments of major international institutions such as General Re Financial Products and Banque AIG. He is currently director of two private investment companies.

Giancarlo Schisano, Non-Executive Director.

He began his career in Montedison and then in international consulting firms. He served as GM of Commuters and Local Transportation Division at Ferrovie dello Stato, Chairman and CEO of Metronapoli and Chairman of Sita. Giancarlo then moved to Alitalia as Exec VP Cargo, then COO and lastly Deputy GM Business. He is currently MD of Leonardo’s Aerostructures Division since Nov. 2018.
